Shipping policy

SHIPPING COST 

• Premium shipping options are available at checkout.
• Any bespoke orders are quoted and shipping costs are advised.
• Our warehouse operates during business hours (M-F), and they are not operational during weekends or holidays.
  

 

WE SHIP TO 
All street addresses within the continental US. We do not ship to PO boxes. We also do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories outside of continental USA. 

 

SHIPPING

• Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified.
• We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans working with human hands and brains.
• Any orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched within 2 business days.
• Any bespoke orders will have a shipping time advised after consultation with the Hands to Hands Team.
• Personalized orders take 6-8 weeks approximately to create and delivery because they are made-to-order.
• All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, unless being shipped directly from the manufacturer.
• Some wall arts are shipped with Freight Services.
• We take the utmost care in our packaging and choice of shipping provider - please notify us here immediately if your product arrives damaged in any way. Please supply pictures and email us at handstwohands.com.
• We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
• Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once it has been received and dispatched we can't alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
• A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed.
• We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address.
