- Do I have to create an account to purchase? This is optional. By creating an account, you will be able to check out faster; save multiple shipping addresses; access your order history; track new orders; and save items to your wish list. You will also be given the opportunity to create an account after you make your initial purchase - all you need to do is add a password.

- What payment methods Hands to Hands accept? We accept payments from all mayor credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, etc). We also accept Paypal and Apple Pay Pay.
- Will my payment be secure? The HANDS TO HANDS website is as secure as we can possibly make it. All credit card transactions are processed using the Shopify gateway, who use industry leading technology to keep your information safe. For more information, read our Privacy and Security Policy.
- How do I know if an item is in stock? All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are in stock if they are displayed on our online store. Because of the nature of our business, our ranges are constantly changing and items are often only available in limited quantities. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
- Can I change my personal information? Yes. Your details can be updated at any time by signing into your account via the website.
- Do you ship internationally? At this stage, we only ship to addresses within the USA. Please check our Shipping Policy page for full shipping details.
- What does shipping cost?
All Hands to Hands orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express or UPS and costs depend on the size and weight of the order.
